The aluminum water bag shall be strictly carried out in accordance with the baking process before the initial use. The specific requirements are as follows:

1. It is suggested that the initial sintering (before 340 ° c) should be conducted in strict accordance with the rate of temperature rise slowly. If there is pressure steam in the exhaust hole, the temperature rise should be stopped and the steam should be kept rising after the exhaust.

2. The maximum temperature rise at any time should be taken as the control standard, but the thermocouple should not be in contact with or near the heat source. The temperature inside the package should be as far as possible to avoid a temperature difference of more than 100 degrees, otherwise the insulation time should be extended.

3. When the lining needs cooling, clean the green water and clean the slag hanging on the package wall, and lower the temperature to 100 ° c at a speed of not more than 50 ° c per hour. Then open the cover and re-heat the cold package, please refer to the process requirements of repreheating the cold package, and add aluminum water after the end of the highest temperature insulation.

(3) warranty and life

Under the condition of using and maintaining the equipment according to the normal process requirements, the service life of the equipment is over 12 months, including the following conditions:
